Lanelle strives to lead others to a better quality of life by utilizing her knowledge and resources to bring a greater sense of security to those she serves. She aspires to make a positive impact on her client’s financial situation and consults on credit improvement, home ownership, payment reduction, and real estate investments among other real estate finance related services. She accomplishes this by always considering the overall impact of her services on her clients, real estate agents, and every person in a transaction. She gives whole-heartedly of herself to find the right solutions in order to help those referred to her. Her business has been built “organically” by referrals only so she does her utmost to serve every client with beneficial loan products and thorough education about their options.
Lanelle was born on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. She spent most of her childhood Summers camping on the West shore beaches of Oahu with her 4 sisters, 1 brother, and 17 first cousins, 10 uncles and aunts who were along for the fun ~ okay, maybe more for the supervision AND adventures! Lanelle frequents the islands at least twice a year with her amazing and supportive husband and their two active little boys who absolutely love swimming in the Pacific Ocean, snorkeling, hiking, fishing, tennis, catching salamander and gecko lizards, as well as building pools and castles on the beautiful sandy beaches. Surfing has recently been added to their island activities. Lanelle and her husband enjoy tennis, golfing, skiing, and co-ed softball together. These days, they find themselves chauffeuring, entertaining, and involved in their children’s sports and activities instead. Lanelle enjoys creating special memories for her immediate & extended family with personalized gifts, fun events, travel, and quality face time. She usually ends her evenings organizing for the next day or preferably by reading an inspirational, motivational, or educational book.
Lanelle has been in leadership positions since high school and has been successful at leading her teams to higher accomplishments by having a clear purpose, a passion for others, integrity, and strong team values. Her experience includes: Director Consultant for BNI, Area Training Manager for the Neiman Marcus Group, a General Manager of Lenscrafters, Director of Marketing/Human Resource Manager for a Medical Practice Management Company, the Real Estate business, and currently is in her 14th year as a Mortgage Advisor. Despite the continuous changes in the mortgage industry, she could not be more pleased to be working with a well- established and financially sound Mortgage Company whose values are in line with her own.
