Larry and Kathy both helped me prepare to sell my house. It was great to work with agents who cut right to the chase and told me what I needed to do and what I did not need to do, to sell my house. Their advice was incredibly helpful. I am more than happy with the price I got for my house and I really appreciate how simple they made everything for me.
