Living in California and looking for a home in Washington state seemed impossible. Larry and Kathy made it not just easy but enjoyable. This was the first time buying a home for us and living in Washington is much different the southern California, there were so many new things to know and do in comparison. If it wasn’t for Larry and Kathy I would just be lost. Larry spent a tremendous amount of time with us every time we flew up to look at houses, was very patient, informative, not just a real estate agent, but a friend. I feel more then fortunate to have had the experience I did with Larry buying my first home at an excellent price. Thank you Larry and Kathy!
