Larry and Kathy did a great job with marketing our home on Green River. We had it listed before with another agent and did not get any showings. A few months after we took it off the market Larry and Kathy came out to do a presentation and we very impressed with their ideas. We started having showings right away. The first person to see it ending up buying it. It was a long drawn out process but we think they did a great job. I would and have mentioned them to friends.
