Larry and Kathy helped us sell our first home. They made the process easy and understandable. Larry is the man with all the know-how of what paperwork and processes need to be completed, while Kathy helps you transform your home decor into something people are jumping at. Their process of walk through, photos and web presence is spot on to get your home listed and looked at. Because of their expertise they helped sell our house in four days! Larry and his negotiation skills helped us understand the four offers we had for our house as well. He made sure we understood all the paperwork and what all the terms meant. If I were to sell another house in the area, I would absolutely recommend Larry and Kathy Reichle. They are an amazing team!
