My property was sold through the short sale process. I was told that our experience topped the list for taking so long (over one year). Larry had been patient with me and was very practical. He even reached out of his own pocket to make the deal work. It was not easy dealing with the buyers we had who seemed to not know what it means to take on responsibility for the shortcoming of their lenders that caused closing to be delayed and resulted to additional burden to me. But the realtors were there to get the deal closed.
